Shipping Protection
1. After you purchase 'Shipping Protection' on the checkout page, you will receive an email with insurance policy details in your email inbox. (If you have not received it, please check your spam email in time)
2. Please refer to our shipping policy. For packages that are delayed in delivery or suspected to have been lost by the freight company, we recommend that you wait patiently for at least 25 days from the date you receive the 'shipping confirmation email' notification’ before applying for an insurance claim.
3. The determination of package/product damage is made by the 'shipping Protection' provider. This has nothing to do with returns due to issues with sizing, product dissatisfaction, etc.
4. 'Shipping Protection' is provided by a third party agency. Our company has no final right of explanation. Please refer to the insurance policy content in the email.
